Indoor Air Quality Services
Indoor air quality can be a very problematic area for building owners and can require multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure all aspects of indoor air quality are evaluated. The staff at Amereco are well trained in a vast array of indoor air quality related fields and can assist building owners in identifying an air quality issue, developing a plan for remediation and final evaluation to ensure the remediation was effective at resolving the concern. |
Lead Paint Services
The primary driving forces for lead services are HUD, EPA-RRP and OSHA regulations. Amereco is trained and licensed to address these regulatory concerns. Amereco’s inspectors have collectively conducted thousands of inspections and risk assessments for various agencies throughout Indiana and Illinois and are well versed in the Indiana and Illinois HUD rules and regulations. Environmental Site Assessment
An Environmental Site Assessment is a necessity when conducting due diligence. Projects generally have different goals when performing due diligence, but typically Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) are conducted to comply with all appropriate inquiry during a property transfer. Another common reason for an ESA is during a HUD Environmental Review. Amereco’s staff is well trained in ESA’s and related assessment services. These studies are commonly referred to as Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments. |
